I've published websites for very different businesses: a boat charter, jet skis, car detailing, window tinting, a painter, a nail studio and an ECU remapping workshop. Each one has its own design.

No. The website is a one-off payment. The only fixed cost is the domain and hosting (from about €90 a year), which any website needs. Monthly maintenance is optional.
Not at all. I'll write copy designed to sell and use royalty-free professional photos. If you prefer photos of your own business, I'll show you how to take good ones with your phone.
The website is optimised for searches in your area and, on the Professional plan, I list you on Google Maps. Climbing Google's rankings takes a few weeks; if you want customers from day one, I can set up a Google Ads campaign.
Yes, 100%. The domain is registered in your name and the website is yours, with no tie-in.
Of course. Changes are included with monthly maintenance; without it, each one-off change is quoted separately.
